WhatStats is an application that enables users to view statistical data from their WhatsApp conversations. This tool allows tracking of message frequency, emoji usage, and more.

To generate statistics, users need to export their chat data from WhatsApp and submit it to WhatStats. The application will then create comprehensive statistical reports locally on the user's device without sharing it with external services.

Key features provided by WhatStats include:

• Total message count and participant count per chat (since the group's creation)
• Message distribution per participant
• Percentage of messages from each participant
• Date of the first message exchanged
• Bar/Line charts illustrating message frequency on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify the most active participants.

In addition to its functionality, WhatStats offers a visually appealing Dark Mode and a user-friendly interface.

The free version of WhatStats allows users to analyze up to three chats. For unlimited chat analysis, additional diagrams, and insights on participant activity times, users can upgrade to WhatStats Pro. A preview of the pro features is available by selecting an example chat.

To import chats using the application:

1. Open WhatsApp and select a chat
2. In the Menu, choose "Export Chat"
3. Select "Without Media"
4. After the export is complete, select "More" on the Share Sheet
5. Choose "WhatStats"
6. Confirm adding the chat to WhatStats
